These Terms of Service govern the use of the ordexa.rs website operated by Order Wave d.o.o. Novi Sad. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. About the site. ordexa.rs is the informational website of the Ordexa platform, used to present our services and to book a demo. It is not a point of sale; no purchase or payment is made through it.

2. Intellectual property. All content on the site (text, design, logo, the Ordexa and Order Wave brands) is owned by Order Wave d.o.o. Novi Sad and protected by intellectual-property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of the content is not allowed without our written consent.

3. Accuracy of information. Information on the site, including prices and platform features, is provided for information purposes and may change without prior notice. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free at all times.

4. Limitation of liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Order Wave d.o.o. is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

5. Third-party links. The site may contain links to third-party pages (for example foodic.rs, Glovo). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those pages.

6. Privacy. The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The competent court in Novi Sad has jurisdiction over any disputes.

8. Changes to the terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms. The current version is published on this page.
